A circle is not for fools!

8 November 2017 entered into force new amendments to the SDA, according to which the circle is now in charge. Does this mean that from now on, located on a circle always has an advantage over those who enters on it?

If the typical American driver to release without proper preparation on our roads, he will either go mad, or will require a lawyer. And not because all Americans are stupid as trying to convince us of the famous satirist. We are too smart — that’s the trouble.

Nowhere — neither in the States nor in right-hand drive Britain or in continental Europe or in Korea — I thought to peruse the local rules of the road before you leave the roundabout. Just got back from the Tokyo motor show: traveled by car to neighboring Yokohama and also without plugging, even on the most complex intersections.

Because in Europe, which we constantly cite as an example, the movement is organized so that the circle as if automatically, by itself becomes paramount. The key word is “organized.” On all roads adjacent to the roundabout, there are road signs. At the circle, too. Follow the signs, markings, traffic lights (if fitted) and no problems at all.

At us there was a substitution of concepts. We don’t want to properly organize the move and instead try to force the drivers to remember how to pass a particular intersection. In recent years, Krug has raped so that I lost it now pass?

The order of access to such intersections — despite the fact that it’s circular! — regulated by signs and traffic lights priority, if any.

Now we have to wait when the road will be difficult “circles” in accordance with the innovation. This will require much more time than changing the wording in the SDA.
