Petrol Skoda Karoq for the first time will make all-wheel drive

Skoda Karoq on gasoline for the first time will make all-wheel drive. Earlier this model range all-wheel drive was equipped with only a diesel car and petrol Karoq was front wheel drive.

Skoda Karoq 1.5 TSI 4×4 will start selling in the fall of 2018, according to the publication “Wheels” referring to sources in the company.

“SUV” Skoda Karoq debuted in may 2017. In Europe the car is available with petrol “Turbotronic” 1.0 TSI with an output of 115 BHP and new 150-strong “turboservice” 1.5 TSI (with the system shutdown cylinders under partial load). The diesel lineup includes a 1.6 TDI (115 HP) and 2.0 TDI (150 or 190 PS). All engines, except the top-end diesel, combined with six-speed “mechanics” or DSG-7. Crossover with a 190-horsepower 2.0 TDI DSG is equipped with exclusively-7.
