The son of a former MP from the liberal democratic party, 21-year-old major Martin Shahinian, on his Mercedes-Benz GLE rammed another car in downtown Moscow. As a result, two people were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The accident occurred last Friday, but it has become aware of only now.
